Return & Refund Policy – Women’s Jewellery Products
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery item, the following policy applies:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be issued if eligible.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Exchange Option
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products, subject to availability.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
6. Return Shipping
- In case of return due to customer preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered.
