Return & Refund Policy – Women’s Jewellery Products

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery item, the following policy applies:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be issued if eligible.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products, subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

6. Return Shipping

  • In case of return due to customer preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered.
